DEVCORE Completes Integration of 1VALET Smart Home Solution into Place du Golf
In partnership with local Gatineau-based company 1VALET, DEVCORE is proud to announce the integration of the 1VALET Secure Access Smart Home Solution into our Place du Golf community.
With the 1VALET Solution, we will be transforming the living experience of residents at Place du Golf by installing a number of new and innovative smart home components. Through this effort, 1VALET has begun the process of converting Place du Golf into a safer, smarter community.
The focal point of this first stage of integration is 1VALET’s unique touchscreen Entry Console, located at the main entrance of the Place du Golf community. The console allows guests to search for residents using the directory and call them for access.
In addition, the Entry Console provides residents with keyless entry through the Entry Console’s Facial Recognition system. Vendors and technicians performing maintenance within the community will also be able to use the Entry Console for quick access to the building.
We’ve also installed new smart cameras to enhance community security along with the addition of access readers, providing residents and technicians with controlled access to different locations within the building through distributed FOB keys.

Entry Consoles
The 1VALET Entry Console is an interactive touch-screen display that enhances building security and provides a frictionless entry experience for residents, guests, and maintenance staff. With facial recognition access and pin code entry for residents, technicians, and workers, entry at Place du Golf has never been more secure and convenient.
Smart Door Locks
Never worry about forgetting your keys again. With smart door locks for every suite, residents can securely enter their front door by using a customizable pin code, eliminating the need for physical keys throughout the building.
Smart Camera
We value your safety and security. With all-new smart cameras that your property manager can remotely control and monitor, residents can have peace of mind knowing that community surveillance has never been so easy.
